Shipping FAQs

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimated from the dispatch date and may occasionally experience delays. Please note that no dispatches or deliveries take place on UK bank holidays.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, contact our customer support team at info@Brexmain.com and they’ll assist you further.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@Brexmain.com so they can investigate the issue for you.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent after your purchase. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking details are sent once the courier scans your parcel into their system. If your tracking still isn’t updating after some time, please contact customer support for help.

If you selected a tracked delivery service, you’ll receive an email from the courier containing your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

We’ll always try to update your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Please contact info@Brexmain.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders can sometimes be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact customer support immediately after placing your order. If the order has already been processed, you may need to return it after delivery.
