Brexmain was born out of the most historical event of Britain’s history: BREXIT! Conjured up with Brex(it) & (Re)Main forming BREXMAIN, is just not a marketing gimmick, but represents both factions of the British society. It shouts unity amongst all walks of life, irrespective of the side you voted on!
Brexmain was founded in 2017, with its core design team forming in the streets of London, under one umbrella encompassing Stylish, Unique, vintage, and classic designs. The vote was divided, and one side won but at Brexmain, everyone is a winner with caps designed with timeless elegance in mind. The caps, like those in the UK, scream harmony in design, as we have one for each style and kind of personality.

The inspiration behind this vision emerged during a journey to Nkuahete, Yenvam, a meaningful destination in Equatorial Guinea. Surrounded by the region’s natural beauty and the warmth of its people, Brexmain was given the opportunity to reflect on how challenges and conflict can often become the foundation for growth, understanding, and unity. Far removed from the pace and pressures of Westminster, it was in that peaceful environment that the story and vision of Brexmain truly took shape.

The idea for Brexmain & Brexmaine, the superhero and brand Duo,
emerged after the first Brexit referendum which took place in June 2016. They were conceived to unite both sides of the political spectrum, bring peace and harmony, and work together to achieve the future goals of the country.

Brexmain is a name born from two powerful words—Brexit and Remain—representing both sides of a deeply divided moment in UK history. More than just a clever blend, it’s a philosophy: of unity through contrast and a call to move forward together.
Founded in London in 2017, Brexmain is also a bold clothing brand—and the home of Brexmain & Brexmaine, our superhero brand duo created in the wake of the 2016 UK Referendum. That vote, held in June, revealed deep rifts across the country. But from that turbulence emerged a vision: two characters symbolizing opposite ends of the political spectrum, working side by side to bring harmony, hope, and shared purpose.
The spark for this vision was ignited unexpectedly during a journey to Nkuahete, Yenvam, a cherished place in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa. Surrounded by nature and the open-hearted spirit of the people, I found space to reflect on how conflict can be the soil from which unity grows. It was in that quiet, far from the noise of Westminster, that Brexmain’s story truly began.
