Payment and refund
After you have received your confirmation e-mail that your return has been processed it takes 2-5 working days until your money is refunded. If you haven’t received your refund within this time, please contact us.
Claim/Complaint
If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us via e-mail at customerservice@brexmain.com. State Claim and the order number in the subject line with a short description of what the defect is. Please provide a picture if possible.
Products provided are not discoloured upon delivery, discoloured products are not covered by the Return policy as it is considered as normal wear.
